Positive: La casa è una bomboniera! Saremmo voluti restare più a lungo. Il pub è accogliente e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Lo staff gentile quindi , che altro dire , ci tornerei molto volentieri

Such good value for a charming wee cottage in a great location. Place was excellently presented.

It was a lovely place to stay in, the owners make sure it is well kept and tidy.
Positive: It was easy to collect the key form the pub. There is plenty of parking in the pub car park and the cottage is only a short walk from the pub. The cottage is very cosy and was well tidied up and was clean. Everything was very neat and tidy. The bathroom has been refurbished, kitchen is of a nice size, there is wifi available. The living room is relatively large, but a family of four would struggle to fit on the sofa. Kids have watched tablets in the bedrooms upstairs.
Negative: Any luggage has to be carried from the car park into the cottage, though it is only about 100m away. There is no parking at the property, as it's facing a busy main road. It was relatively warm upstairs, an open window would help, but there was a lot of road noise from the vehicles driving past through the night. The heat seems to be a part of the character of these cottages, as the next door neighbours have had their main entrance door open till very late evening.

It served a purpose but we wouldn’t return
Positive: It was a handy location for us and being able to park in the pub car park was useful.
Negative: It was musty smelling and didn’t feel clean. It needs a bit of love - there were bits of cupboards falling off, and other wooden bits loose and tape on one of the steps. The outdoor areas (front and back) need a good tidy.
We had youngish children and the stairs are steep.
Good to know
