Would definitely use again if back in Holt
Positive: Needed an overnight stop and the room was exactly what we needed. Nice and comfortable for a stop over.
We were there during a day the pub was closed, but we had clear instructions sent as to where the key would be etc.
Room was clean with plenty of tea and coffee and nice and quiet.

Pretty good
Positive: Good little twin room. Shared bathroom good hot water shower. Good simple breakfast.
Negative: Pub closed on day we stayed.

Ok for one night. Lovely outside space.
Positive: The room is basic but comfortable. The outside space is nice.
Negative: For one night it was perfectly acceptable. It had no en suite and the room was very small so I would not want to stay for longer.

Un guesthouse muy limpio
Positive: Estaba muy limpio y por el.precio que pagué tener la opción de un desayuno continental, me pareció estupendo.
